                     Story of vilma rudolf 


 The story of Wilma Rudolph inspires us to never give up in life.  Wilma Rudolph was born in a poor family in Tennessee, USA.  Wilma suffers from polio at the age of just 4 years.  Wilma's mother showed her to many doctors, but with time, all the doctors said that Wilma would not be able to walk  without crutches.


 Wilma did not give up and threw crutches at the age of 9.  He started walking without crutches.  She fell several times in this endeavor, but she did not give up, she continued to try.  Wilma's hard work paid off.  At the age of 13, Wilma participated in her first race but lost.


 Wilma's talent was recognized by his basketball coach and encouraged him to do athletics.  In 1956, Wilma was part of the relay team at the Melbourne Olympics.  In which he won a bronze medal.  Then came the Rome Olympics in 1960, in which he did wonders.  In this Olympics, Wilma won gold in 100 meters, 200 meters and relay race.  Thus, a girl who was suffering from polio disease in childhood, achieved success in life due to her hard work and will power.
